Konar is proudly based in Wyoming, with a distributed team located across the United States. That nationwide footprint allows us to support agents across all time zones so help is available when real estate actually happens, not just during one narrow window of the day.

But more importantly, Konar wasn’t built by people guessing how real estate works. Our team comes from the industry. We’ve been agents, team members, and operators who understand the pressure of follow up, the chaos of juggling tools, and the reality of running a business while serving clients.

Our Story

Konar started the same way a lot of good real estate businesses do: out of frustration.

We were agents using the same CRMs everyone else was using. Tools that promised everything, charged a premium price, and still managed to miss the mark. Too much fluff. Too many features no one asked for. Not enough focus on the things that actually matter in a real estate business, like follow up, organization, and execution.

So instead of waiting for someone else to fix it, we decided to build what we wanted to use.

From day one, Konar was created by agents who wanted tools that worked, not software designed to look impressive in a demo. We stripped out the noise, focused on real workflows, and built a platform around how real estate actually operates in the real world, not how someone thinks it should work on a whiteboard.

We know we’re the new kid on the block. But unlike most CRMs built for agents, Konar is founded, operated, and designed by people who live in this industry every day.
